The first time I requested service from Down East was during a snow and ice storm. The contracted agency failed to properly clear our access and egress from our station; subsequently it became impassable for our ambulances. After getting no return call from several different companies, including the regular contractor. I phoned Andrew well after 11:00pm. I explained our situation and the serious problem it presented. In less than thirty minutes Andrew and one of his crew's arrived and shortly thereafter, we were back in service.

 

Our industry demands reliability when dealing with others. After that first time I used Down East, I was certain that we would have a long standing professional relationship. I have used their services many times since and have never been disappointed.
